INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION

 Read the undertaking and indemnification before submitting the form.

 Write the spellings of the name carefully. These spellings should continue in all documents related to the school and the same must tally with the Government Authorized documents and Voter’s Identity Card. Etc.

 Fill the online application form and note down the Reference No.

 A text message will be sent on your mobile no. and a copy of filled form will be sent to your email id.

 The Registration will be deemed to be completed only after depositing the registration fee of
Rs. 25 (DD/Cash) at the school counter along with the Computer Generated Registration form.

 Last date of submission of Computer Generated Registration form and registration fee at school counter on or before Wednesday 17th January 2018

 Please quote the acknowledgement/registration number for all your future correspondence with this school.

 FILL ALL MANDATORY FIELDS HIGHLIGHTED IN RED COLOURED BOXES
 
For Pre-Primary  (KG):        Child Born between April 01, 2013 and March 31, 2014 (4+ as on March 31, 2018)

Documents attested by a Gazetted Officer / Notary Public to be SUBMITTED when called for Verification.
Photocopies of
1. Birth Certificate Spelling as on the Birth Certificate would be treated as final
2. Affidavit for first child, wherever applicable
3. Affidavit in case of single parent, wherever applicable
4. Immunization Chart of the child /Medical Certificate
5. Address proof Electricity Bill/MTNL Bill/Ration Card/Aadhar Card (any one)
6. Aadhar Card of applicant
7. Identity Card of sibling in NHS, (if applicable)
8. Class XII Certificate, in case of Alumni.
9. SC/ST/OBC Certificate (if applicable)
10. Last qualification Certificate of both parents.
11. One set of Passport size latest photograph of Father, Mother and the child to be attached along with the form and another set of stamp size photograph to be affixed on the form.
ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS TO BE SHOWN ONLY AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION.
